Dani WEISER was born in New York, but moved to the United Kingdom as an infant. As a child, Dani moved to France with her family, where she was educated and lived before re-locating to London as a young woman.

In London she studied theatrical/movie/photographic makeup at the renowned “Greasepaint” professional makeup academy. Dani has been a successful make-up artist for over twenty years, working in London, Los Angeles and New York.

After moving to Los Angeles in 1996, Dani decided to stay in the United States. In L.A. she discovered her great love and talent for painting incredibly original, diverse and unique art. Now based in New York, she continues to create…from her soul, straight to the canvas.

artist. One of the young artists who are relatively under-recognized but for the most
part considered on the path to critical and market acceptance. Admired for the variety
of themes, the inspiring colors of her palette and the mood of her paintings, she has
a strong following of collectors both professional and private commissioning specific
work for their homes and offices.

Training at Greasepaints School in London and teaching at Complexions
International, Dani also lectured at Rochester Institute of Technology (RIT), Dept.
of Photography and at Cinema Makeup School, Los Angeles, CA.

Her Additional Skills include Prosthetics, Special Effects, and photographical
beautification. She is a Member of the Broadcasting Entertainment Cinematograph &
Theatre Union (BECTU UK) and is a fluent French speaker.

As a professionally trained Hollywood makeup artist Dani has worked on Ghost
Hunters and “On the case with Paula Zhan” for the Discovery channel and numerous
commercials featuring politicians, sports celebrities and high profile corporate
companies.

Dani was the beauty editor, make-up artist and consultant for Buffalo Rising
Magazine, “Fashion Maniac”, and makeup artist on several prestigious films,
commercials, print ads, and music video projects, including videos for the bands:
Space and UB40. She worked on numerous impressive projects, including “Beverly
Hills 90210”, and the Balthazar Getty/Peter Weller/Rebecca Gayheart feature
film, “Shadow Hours”.
